Hello: On May 5th, I submitted 4 credits to my Filmography section for the 4th time and they were once again DENIED. The 4 credits you keep questioning are:
1) 190505-165436-346000 for TWO (2) episodes of THE RESIDENT (#2.19 & #2.20)
2) 190505-170348-682000 for ONE (1) episode of MACGYVER (2016) (#3.21)
3) 190505-165803-774000 for TWO (2) episodes of DAYS OF OUR LIVES (#1.11301 & #1.11302)
4) 190505-170011-106000 for ONE (1) episode of ALL MY CHILDREN (#1.10157)

I have proof I was in everything above. It saddens me having to email the Help Desk because I feel defeated. I moved to Atlanta 3 months ago to resurrect my acting career and being able to finally have my very own IMDB page with ALL of my acting work (to date) on there, just means so many things to me. Its one of those "OMG Moments" for me. But knowing that its incomplete, it reminds me that my STARMETER score will be affected. As I'm trying so hard to get noticed, having a higher ranking will definitely boost my visual appearance. I truly hope that you can turn those 4 Denials into 4 Approved Credits.

Thanks so much!

First of all, are you credited in these series? If yes, do you have any screenshots of the actual end credits (where your name is visible)? Pay stubs and contracts can of course be considered as ”proof”, but screenshots of the actual credits are usually a best way.

If you are not credited, then you should submit your name with ”uncredited” attribute. Also, you probably should prove that you’re visible on the screen (it doesn’t count if your scenes were deleted or you’re not visible on the screen), so again - screenshots are your best friend.
