deleting a tile used to be easy. ask help for "delete title" and it would give a link to a page where that could be done. New help system doesn't do that. I've asked the question in many ways and cannot come up with the form for deletion.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6964362/

India's Lost Worlds

has a description of

Young fashion designers vie for the chance to become Mexico's next big
talent by competing before judges in grueling tests of creativity and stamina.

Nothing to do with each other....shouldn't it be deleted?

IMDB says: "We are committed to accuracy". Then why didn't you spot the above mistake.

Keester: First of all, if you want to delete a title from the database, the form for that can be found at http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/report_titledeletion.

Second, I am not sure that this title needs to be deleted altogether. It may be that the plot description is wrong, and the rest of the entry for "India's Lost Worlds" at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6964362/ is correct. If so, you would just want to submit a deletion, or better yet a correction, of the Plot Outline.

That said, I agree with you that the current Help section does not have a clear link to the "delete a title" page. When I searched the Help section for "delete title", I got the results at https://help.imdb.com/search/contribution?ref_=helpsrall_seeall_btn&term=delete+title which included only the following choices:
There ought to be a Help page titled "How can I delete a title?", but I don't see one.

Thanks for the link.

You may well be correct about deleting it but the title and description are so very mismatched. I wonder who accepted/entered that. I hope they no longer have a job. Let's wait and see if an IMDB editor here spots the idiocy of it.

You are 1000% correct about the search. IMDB sure do have a habit of making what was easy very difficult when they make a redesign.

I'll make a bookmark to the delete page as I'm sure it will take forever to update the help section. I've been waiting over two years to be able to download my lists and IMDB are still NOT working on a solution although they have admitted its a problem.

What gets me is that they want us to do all the editing & correcting of their mistakes but when it comes to what the users want we are ignored.

Hi Keester -

Please note that we have a Help page regarding Title Corrections and information on How to Delete a Title here (see under section "Deleting a Film or Series").  Regarding our new Help Center search, rest assured that I will forward your comments to the appropriate team for visibility.

Specifically, concerning the title and plot outline you referenced, as gromit82 suggested, instead of removing the title (unless you are certain that the title doesn't exist), you should request a deletion of the Plot Outline through our online Update form.  Once an update is submitted our staff will then be able to take a look and make the applicable changes.  Cheers!

Pointless having a help page about something that does not show up in search.

rest assured
just like IMDB said over two years ago when downloading lists became a problem.

just like when IMDB said they would look into why one of my lists disappeared.

rest assured you'll do nothing.

You fix it. I'm fed up doing paid editors work for FREE while you sit there making this site less and less user friendly.

our staff will then be able to take a look and make the applicable changes
Just like you did before when somebody submitted a description of

Young fashion designers vie for the chance to become Mexico's next big
talent by competing before judges in grueling tests of creativity and stamina.
to a program about India's Lost Worlds.
