Did IMDb remove the ability to filter your own ratings?

As recent as a week ago (I think), I was able to click on "your ratings" in the drop down under my username and then "refine list" based on genres, tv or movies, user rating, release year, etc. I do not see this option anymore under my ratings, but I do continue to see it under user made lists. I can force these filters by doing an advance title search to only search movies I've rated, but it doesn't have the nice table view as the "refine list" option did.
