PLEASE NOTE: Instead of just deleting my question by saying it's a "duplicate", why not actually provide an answer so that I can figure out how to fix this problem? Very frustrating to receive an email saying my post was removed without any advice on where to find the solution!! Original post below:
As a Producer of our film, I added the film title to IMDB for festival submission purposes. Since I've added it and credited crew (Director's etc) I keep noticing one of the three Director's names continues to be removed from the listing. I have re-entered it at least 3 times now. Somebody keeps removing it and I assume it's one of the other Directors who takes issue with the other person receiving a credit, however we have DGA approval to allow all three Directors their rightful credit on the movie. How can I stop having one of the Director's name's constantly removed? It isn't fair for that person not to be rightfully credited for the work they did on the project. Thanks.

This is highly unusual that imdb allow a directors name to be removed 3 times. Maybe there is no proof that director was credited on screen.
I don't think having DGA approval will make any difference whatever that is.

thanks Bruce - I agree it's very odd. DGA stands for Directors Guild of America. We are still in post on the project but I can 100% prove that all 3 Directors should be credited for their work and that's consistent with the DGA's tribunal process for the determination of credits. I just don't know how to stop those credit's being edited by another individual?

Why not wait until the festival then add the director when they have more press exposure.
It's hard to refute this evidence.

Hi Samantha,

We reflect the on screen credits of the title so when it has been released and you can provide screenshots we will be happy to take another look.
