I logged in to IMDb via Google on Chrome. Now, every time I bring up IMDb on Chrome, it automatically references my Google account and logs me in. I want IMDb to authenticate me via my Google account, but don't want it to do this automatically. I want to be forced to type in my password to authenticate me (it's a shared workstation: Someone could post stuff in my name!)
I've looked all over the place for a Chrome setting or IMDb setting that would address this, but turned up nothing. HELP!

I almost always avoid using my personal accounts on any "shared" stations or devices.

With that said, just hypothetically if I were to do so in Chrome,
I suppose that I would use either an "Incognito" window or a "Guest" window;
and I would close that incognito or guest window  (so that its cookies
and thus its logins should be cleared)  every time I leave the shared station.

Hi Ron,

It sounds like your login information is saved within your Chrome browser. Please see the instructions on Google for how to delete a saved password:

"You can make Chrome forget specific passwords or clear all saved passwords at any time.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
  4. Under "Passwords and forms," click Manage passwords. A box will appear with a list of saved passwords.
  5. In the "Saved passwords" section, select the website and click Delete Delete.
  6. Click Done."
