Hello! I'm Kevin w/the Time Warner Cable Social Media Customer Care team. We've received multiple reports from subscribers throughout the US in regards to being unable to access your website (www.imdb.com). Upon further investigation, we've been able to determine that we are are unable to resolve your hostname via several of our DNS servers. Our Network Operations team has been unable to detect an issue on our end. As this issue appears to be affecting multiple ISPs worldwide, is a known cause / estimated resolution timeframe currently available?
