Do your pay any money to that particular film producer to write review about his film.... or you write freely? Is your law accept that?

Inala: First of all, I think you mean that you think that film producers might be paying the people who write reviews of their films ... not the other way around.
Second, all the user reviews on IMDb are submitted by people who use the database.
If any of those user reviews were submitted by people who were paid by the film producers for their reviews, and the user review does not disclose that, then the film producer (if in the U.S.) would have violated the Federal Trade Commission Act and could be subject to legal action by the government if the Federal Trade Commission found out. See https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/ftcs-endorsement-guides-what-people-are-ask...
It's possible that a paid reviewer who repeatedly failed to disclose that they were paid by the film producers for reviews might also be subject to legal action, although I don't know if that has happened (whether related to movies or any other kind of product).
(By the way, IMDb does get paid by film companies ... for advertising. You will find lots of advertisements for films and television shows on IMDb, and those are paid for, but the reviews are not paid for, I hope.)

Writing plots is a completely different thing than writing reviews.
Also, I think a lot of users attribute the byline to the studio
if they copy the plot directly from the studio's website.
