If an account is deleted, do the ratings from that account of titles that affect the average score go away?

Do the contributions I've made go away?

What about my contribution history?

As far as I am aware:
"do the ratings from that account of titles that affect the average score go away?" - Yes.
"Do the contributions I've made go away?" - If you mean adding credits to titles etc,  No
"What about my contribution history?" - Yes, deleted with the account
