Several songs were played during crossing jordan episodes, but i could not find any reference or a list nominating them.

I spot-checked the Soundtracks page on episodes from season 1 and season 6, and found 3-4 tracks listed on each.
Just click the More link atop the episode page (here renamed "LESS", since I already clicked MORE), and select Soundtracks:

According to the research, season 5 had no soundtracks.
Also the song "Someone to watch over" was not found, but I remember to hear it at one episode.
