Does the staff no longer respond to posts on this board?

I've started three threads in the last three weeks, and none of them have gotten replies from the staff.

Date changes on two episodes of THE ANDREW KLAVAN SHOW
Rejected Image Tag Deletion - "Interrogation"
Tucker Carlson Tonight - Over 300 images disappeared

I marked the thread about TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT as a "Problem." The thread was changed to "Question - Answered," but no staff member had, or has, replied to it.

Should we be sending all our messages directly to the Help Desk now?

For whatever reason, replies have been delayed.
I had one post that took staff over a month to reply to.
Another took a little over a week.
But reply times that used to be 24 hours are no longer.

Same position. Several threads about related issues; no response whatsoever. 

So no, they are not replying at all to most threads. Give up and don't waste your time. They’re not bothered or interested, so don't expect any kind of answers to your questions.

I have to agree that the ”official” replies from IMDb staff have slowed down. There are plenty of threads and issues, of course, but then again that’s the nature of this forum (and the Help desk). That’s how it’s always have been.


Obviously I don’t have any real answers, but I assume that some ”restructuring” has been going behind the scenes. Maybe some people leaving or moved to a new position. I can’t think of any other reason, quite frankly. ”Too much to handle” doesn’t fully explain this.


This forum won’t be the same without the ”official replies”. You need those, always, over the ”unoffical” replies from the contributors, fans or some random posters.


Maybe IMDb staff could at least address this issue (problem?) in these forums? That would a fair thing to do, me thinks.
