Does IMDb differentiate between upper case "I" for the Roman numeral and for first-person writing?

I have recently submitted three pieces of trivia about my short film
"Cosmico" (2014). Two of them have been accepted and currently appear on
IMDb. The one that is not appearing got flagged for having an upper
case "I" character, with a warning about avoiding first-person writing,
but that is not the case. This is the flagged item:

The character of Duke Cosmico I is animated from still images of
Giambologna's equestrian bronze statue of Cosimo I de' Medici, Grand
Duke of Tuscany, in the Piazza della Signoria, Florence.

As you can see, the character is part of a title of nobility
(or two, actually: "Duke Cosmico the First" and "Cosimo the First de'
Medici"). There is no first-person writing in the item at all. I don't
know if these issues are monitored solely by algorithms or by human
moderators as well, but can IMDb differentiate between the two uses of
"I"? Or do I need to contact customer service every time I need to write the Roman numeral for "1"?

Reference number for the content submission in question: 140122-225201-334000
IMDb page for the film: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3472544

I am pretty sure that the flagging of the upper case I is automated. A personal thought on the matter: as a reader, I find the sentence hard to understand written with just the upper case I. Perhaps it would be clearer to either use (I) or actually spell out "The First". Wishing you the best in getting this resolved.

I would strongly advise against using (I). This is not a standard way of indicating the first person of the name in a genealogy. This is probably part of the reason that IMDb used that format to distinguish between different people with the same name. If I saw (I) in the trivia, I would immediately assume that it was an attempt to link to someone in the database.

Have you allowed enough time for this to be accepted? You have submitted an item that generates two warnings. It is possible that the Data Manager may leave this aside for a while in order to process items with no warnings, assuming that they can be handled more swiftly.

I'd allow at least an extra week after items with no warnings showed up on the page before assuming it was rejected.
