Does that poster have to be on the front page?

I think the hook-in-eyeball poster for The Strain currently being displayed on the front page, in addition to being borderline NSFW, is completely disgusting and not at all appropriate for the home page of a reputable website. Is there any chance it can be swapped out?

It looks like this got swapped out fairly quickly.

Well it's back now.  It's not borderline, it's completely NSFW and freaking me out.  I don't understand how anyone could think this is an appropriate advertisement for a website with such a broad user base.  If it was only the front page, that would be one thing, but it stayed in the background when I looked up Harry Potter.  Kids watch that movie!  There should be some sort of filter to keep those adds off of pages for kids' movies at the very least.

It should be limited to horror-themed pages. I've had it showing up as background with ad in right column all day, and should not have to see that disturbing image.
