Doesn’t auto fill passwords

Doesn’t allow password to be filled by password manager. I select what password to fill and it tries to fill it but nothing shows up in password field

Could you clarify which log in option you are using? i.e. IMDb, Amazon, Google, Facebook

Hi Jim,

I recommend to double check your Password Manager to ensure that the password is correctly saved. 

If you're still having difficulty, can you please provide the browser and browser version?

yes, it's the built in password manager on iOS.  I tap on the entry for my password and it doesn't fill in the password.  Only happens with IMDb app.  In Safari it works fine.  Not sure where to find Safari version number in iOS but it's the latest.  IMDb app is 9.6.1

As a workaround, instead of selecting the auto-fill info from the shortcut above your keyboard, you can select the key icon to the right, then select the information to auto-fill. I've tested with a local device and can confirm this works to fill in the account credentials.
