Help!? I am frustrated trying to find a movie that I saw a long time ago on TV that was about a missing sunken ship like the Titanic, that when finally found, had passengers still living and thriving in a city that they made down there in the upside down ship on the bottom of the ocean. They didn't want to be rescued because they loved their new life down there where one of the passengers had organized them and made a life down there with clean air, growing plants and food, a government, etc. The leader tried to convince all of them to continue to stay. Please help me with the name or filmography, so I can see where I can get it to see again. It is vexing me. Thank all of you in advance.
