Doubt about Award Submission via Trivia

As we can't edit events page and some festivals are not accepted I did what IMDb said to me to do. I submitted a film's award through Trivia section, but it was a month ago and nothing appears. Is there something wrong? Also, I would like to know if that award will appear on awards section or trivia section, because when it is an award or a nominee it appears near the poster inside an yellow bar.

That was how to do it while they were not adding events. Events can now be added.  See http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/report_event

If you post your submission ID number staff can take a look at your submission. But, you should now be able to add and event then update it. I don't know the processing time now, but there was a huge backlog as the section had been closed for quite a while.

I have already done in that way, but if only one thing doesn't go with their criteria the festival won't be accepted and the award can't be added. The problem is still there...

Post your submission ID Reference Number and staff can take a look at your submission and see what the problem is. From your account Site Settings page, click View your contributions and it's the 18-digit number in the left column.
