Drop down arrow when hovering over "add to watchlist" "+" sign on my PC no longer shows my personal lists - where did this feature go???

On the main movie page - Drop down arrow when hovering over "add to watchlist" "+" sign on my PC no longer shows my personal lists - where did this feature go??? It was there when I used the site a few weeks ago.

Frustrated!
