Supposedly a writer on All Creatures Great and Small in the 1970s. Never heard of him, he's not on the episodes I checked and very unlikely to be on any of the others either. The other credits look dodgy as well:

The only way these can really be verified is for you (or someone) to post a screenshot of the credits for the film.
If he didn't write these films, who did?

Hello, Nac.
A bit of a weird case. I've done a quick search on a subject and there is a person named Kahraman Memiş, who also has a LinkedIn profile and a YouTube channel, using "Memis" as surname for the sake of simplicity in the links. He is a writer and a journalist but the weird part is - usually when people create fake IMDb pages it is to boost up their resume and this is not the case. So it seems that there are two possibilities That should probably be further investigated by IMDb staff, but there is possibility that someone used his name for trolling purposes or just... I don't know, vandalism is rarely logical.
As for Neron (2017) problems doesn't end with writing department: there are two different pages with the name Sam Son listed in Directors and, while one of them has a lot of confirmed credits and a set photo (so absence of his name on the poster is probably due to poster being early, or something), the other one seems to be a mishap, so I'm proceeding with correcting that. As for the Memis situation, IMDb staff will probably react soon, as well.
