Thanks for the link to your list.
You mentioned "other, smaller lists". Did this happen to them also?
Did you move all the titles in this list with 1 pass (select a bunch of titles and Move them), or were you picking a few at a time?
I exported your list, and all items were created/modified today. Unfortunately, we only get a date, not also a time, which would answer my question above.
I'm fascinated by the fact that some titles appear twice, but not consecutively, then others are twice consecutively, then we get a triple (interrupted, 83. Alice Through the Looking Glass (2016)), and then the same titles appear in quartets.
By using Advanced Title Search, I see 112 distinct titles:

https://www.imdb.com/list/ls026203323/While it was working, and it took a fairly long time, I tapped Save a second time. And sure enough, the last 8 titles are duplicated.Do you think you tapped the Save button more than once?

I will be testing if it's not fault of any of my extensions, but yesterday when I experimented it it didn't seem like it.
Is there any way i can fix my list now ? or do I need to now clean it up manually ?

I can't say this is the cause. It may be that something else weird is happening. But I did another Search > Watchlist > Destination List tonight, and got no duplicates.
I think the easiest way to create your intended list of 112 titles is to use this search (possibly sorted) of your list to transfer titles back into your Watchlist, and then move them out to an empty list.
