Duplicate keywords on titles

It seems that some titles have multiple copies of the same keyword. This shouldn't be allowed, and instead if a duplicate keyword is trying to be added, an error message should be displayed explaining that the keyword already exists.

i.e.:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0283003/k... has "part animation" listed as a keyword twice
