Get Satisfaction E-mail notification problems

I use gmail. Anyone not getting notifications from get satisfaction?

But I did not get a notification of your reply.
I've restarted the computer.
Logged out and in on gmail and get satisfaction to no avail!

I have not had any problems with email notifications from Get Satisfaction, unless you consider receiving too many a problem. I user Yahoo email for notifications.

Have you checked the notification settings for Get Satisfaction. I've had settings mysteriously and unexpectedly change a few times.

Do you mind if I change the subject of this thread to:
Get Satisfaction E-mail notification problems

Changing the title will help IMDb staff realize that this is not an IMDb problem. Also, since this is the Memorial Day weekend, the IMDb help desk is likely working with a reduced staff.

There is the possibility that the thread may become unavailable for a few hours.

Dan I suspect that this was done by get satisfaction. I am using a substitute e-mail address at the moment. I changed no settings. Just the e-mail address for notifications. I have a wi-fi network that is shared by my renters. One of them has a get sat account. She is not getting e-mails either. They may have looked at the I.P. address and made an assumption that I somehow had multiple accounts! I don't know. But it is odd that all I had to do was switch to another google e-mail account with the same Get Sat account.

Change the title if you would please.

Title changed without problems.

As a point of reference: IMDb staff are less likely to review threads if there are people actively posting to it. You may also not get any real response until after the Memorial Day weekend on Tuesday.

FYI: Col said once that he himself no longer received notifications here because of an activity limit.

I have yet to experience this issue myself, however, I am reaching out to Get Satisfaction directly to confirm the details around notifications and activity limits.  Once I hear back from them I will relay the information on this thread.
