Suppose you want to just edit the casting directors from the reference view of a page. You'd scroll down to the casting director section and see this:
If you click on that edit link, instead of going to the casting directors, it goes to the casting department. (Note: the title really isn't important. I've seen this on multiple pages and until now have been too lazy to report it.)

Currently we have the Current desktop version of the site (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0772139/ , and then we have an older Reference version (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0772139/reference)
So there is no "newer" reference version, just the original version and then the current version after the upgrade ( I can't re-call how long ago this occurred, it's been a long while though). Hope that makes sense!
