Editing Episode details "#" is invalid?

The error that appears when I try and edit details for a show is "Note: if the title or name you are trying to update was added to the database only recently, it may not yet be available for updates. Please try again in a few hours."

However, it has already been multiple days and still I cannot edit the episodes for the show. Is this common? How much longer will I have to wait?
