As this is the only credit for ‘Elio Belletti’, it is possible that this is a data entry error/ spelling mistake and that these names could/ should be merged?

Posters of the the film, known in English as "Sexy Show", refer to it as an Elio Belletti film, naming him as director.

Not that either of these are definitive sources and are only references to 'Belletti' outside of IMDB, whereas there are several to 'Balletti'.
