I have been unable to use my IMDB pro account, as when I switched my Amazon.com email, it kept the old one, somehow. I don't have access to that email. I have paid for an entire YEAR of IMDB Pro, without being able to use it. I have reached out, via the help menu, and gotten no response, despite half-a-dozen emails being sent. Another year has been charged, and I'm still unable to access any of my account settings. Is anyone able to help? I am logged in to amazon, via the correct email address, but IMDB refuses to use it.

I've reviewed our records and it looks like your account is active under this email address, although I did not notice any messages from this account.
May I ask if you have tried using both the Log in with Amazon and Log in with IMDb options to access the site?
