Episode sequence changing

I edited the Soundtrack items for the Van Halen episode of "Rock Legends" (2013)

My initial update told me that I was working on
Series 4, Episode 13
of this program.

When I went to check the data, I could not find the episode. A search through the complete program listing located the episode in Series 5 as Episode 10.

I was wondering why the episode sequencing changed.

Hi Graham -

It appears that there was an approved episode number update submitted around the same time as yours by another user.

I see that your soundtrack update was approved for the episode, see here. Otherwise, is the current episode number incorrect?
