Episode sequence

Hi,

I am catching up, a few weeks behind, with 2019 season of French series Engrenages/Spirals.
The season has 10 episodes but was initiated with 12 in IMDb.
As you may see as of now, IMDb displays 10 episodes, but numbered until 12, with a gap between 7.4 and 7.7.

I am not familiar enough with series, so I would like to be recommended either to rename 7.11 and 7.12 as 7.5 and 7.6 to fill in the gap, or all of them between 7.7 and 7.12 to "minus 2".

I can add that:
1. the episode credits are so uneven and inconsistent that it will be easy to correct them after,
2. there is no release/broadcast date yet for episodes starting with 7.7

What do you suggest?

Or maybe a third solution: deleting 7.11 and 7.12, and creating 7.5 and 7.6 from scratch...

My mistake: the season has 12 episodes indeed (the number of episodes has changed from season to season).

(I am interested in the answer, should it occur, but one thing at a time!)

Sorry!!

Hi Vincent,

If the episodes listed contained information - such as credits or plot details - changing the episode number could result in incorrect information being listed on the site. As such, if this situation does arise and you are confident the episodes do not exist it would be best to submit a deletion request for the incorrect episodes and add the missing episodes using the 'add episode' form.

Thanks
Meredith
