Erased Credit

One of my credits was erased from my IMDB page for some odd reason and have been trying to fix it and have it added back for the last 4 months. Need this updated asap please, it's affecting my credibility cause my page and my resume don't match. Please help!!!!

If you are having difficulty re-listing a valid credit, it is likely that our data editors have been unable to verify it.

You should upload verifying screengrabs or data (such as of your on-screen credit, call sheet, pay stub, production still, etc.) somewhere on the Web where we can access it (we recommend a free image hosting service like imgur.com) and send us the links/URLs pointing to it via the following form:
