'Error uploading image'

Why i am getting 'Error uploading image' every time when i upload a poster image? Is there anyone who can help me with it?

Sorry to hear that there are issues with the upload. Some tips on what to try:

1. Please try another image just in case there is an issue with the size or encoding of the first image you are trying to add; watch for excessively long file names, characters outside A-Za-z0-9 and extremely large files (can you shrink the poster but keep it above our minimum size)

2. Please try another browser just in case there is an incompatibility between your usual browser and our upload software. In particular you may need to disable any browser plug-ins, particularly ad blockers.

3. If you have access to another machine or can ask a friend to upload on your behalf, try that

If it still does not work, please provide details of the system and browser you are trying, the title to which you are adding and attach a screen-grab of the error message and the poster you are trying to upload as a reply to this post.

Thanks. Did you try another image? Did you try another browser? Did you disable plug-ins? Did you try another machine?

Yes i tried another image, browser and another machine too, but i have got the some error msg.

Okay thanks, which browsers and systems were tried (specific version numbers if possible) as this will help is diagnose and fix the problem?

I'm having the same problem. It's just a simple JPG image. I click on the add button, and instantly get the error -- it's not even trying to load or process anything.
