I am searching for all films I haven't seen with a max runtime of 44 minutes and a minimum of 100 votes:

https://www.imdb.com/search/title?num_votes=100,&runtime=,44&my_ratings=exclude

I always get "No results".

I experimented a bit with the num_votes parameter and found it works for 120 votes and everything above apparently, but not for anything below 120.

The result set is also empty for me (11,184 votes, all of them full length features / docs).

It's a side effect of an internal limit on search results. The set of titles with 100+ votes < 44 minutes is too large for the system to then exclude any of your ratings. For me I get the full results with https://www.imdb.com/search/title?num_votes=120,&runtime=,44&my_ratings=exclude but no less than this number of votes due to this constraint.

This (and other bugs) will be fixed once we complete the migration of the advanced title search which is still underway at the moment.
