I don't think I've ever seen this (or perhaps it's just been a long time). The cast is locked and not editable (and even without seeing the credit's I can see at least one correction that is needed.)

I found a second movie that is doing this as well, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003)

Hi Adrian -
I can see that the cast list for "EuroTrip" is marked as complete, can you clarify what cast data you are trying to add?

There are some errors in character names, if I remember correctly. That is kind of an aside. Why is the cast not editable? There are plenty of completed casts but you can still edit the casts.

If two people mark the cast or the crew as complete that section gets locked down. Or at least that's how things used to work. It's been awhile since I've done much contributing.

It hasn't been that way in the past 4 years. I've literally edited hundreds if not thousands of features with completed casts and they are not uneditable like this. I routinely fix up names in locked casts because people just can't seem to stick to the credited names.

The Help Center still makes explicit mention of titles being locked: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/complete-cast-crew/GMZECKUS8JG34C4J?ref_=helpsrall#
If a cast or crew are incorrectly marked complete and are locked you should contact our data editors via the Contact Us form and follow these prompts: IMDb Fan/Contributor questions > Filmography credits > Other credit issues.Perhaps you've previously only encountered titles that had a single contributor calling it complete, vs. two calling it complete.

Nope. Again, I've literally edited hundreds of casts that are marked as complete. Why are you arguing with me over this? You could go find one and see that this is very rare to see the cast completely locked down.
This cast is complete but editable as are the vast majority of complete casts.

Adrian's screenshot shows that order number 9 is omitted from the cast list, so to claim that the cast list is verified and cannot be changed is not a great look for IMDb.
