How about creating a Top 500 using the same 'Bayesian estimate' in addition to the current Top 250? This would allow for a greater and more diverse range of films to be displayed and it wouldn't be difficult to implement. Thoughts?

Hi Aaron Morley,

IMDb already has a Top 1000, which can be found using IMDb's Advanced Title Search.

I know. It doesn't use the Bayesian formula used by the Top 250 though, and therefore titles are in a completely different order. Dangal, for example, is at #3. I meant a continuation of the current Top 250. It just seems a shame that so many great films miss out on a spot...

There used to be a Top 500 in IMDb Pro, but I think it's gone.
