Both the email rejection and the instructions on the web page tell me to add info to the "Explanation for missing information" box... but I see no such box.
Look for this little checkbox on the Edit form: After you check the box, click the (Re-)Check Updates button at the bottom of the page to make the box appear. You can paste a URL to a useful image there, and type explanations. But you cannot paste an image directly into that box.
-OR- If you're adding a new title, That checkbox appears before the Mandatory Information header.
