Two separate list-related issues.

1. I recently exported my lists but in doing so four films were missing their voting data (rating and number of votes). The four films are:
  1. Outrageous Class (1975) 9.5, >20k votes
  2. Tosun Pasa (1976) 9.1, >11k votes
  3. My Father and My Son (2005) 8.8, >26k votes
  4. Vishwaroopam (2013) 9.0, >30k votes
All four are foreign films (first three from Turkey, fourth from India) with over ten thousand votes and a high rating. Those were the only common things I can find linking the films, but other similar films (for example: Queen (2014) 8.9, >13k votes, India) had their data intact. It's showing a blank cell for the rating and a '0' for the number of votes, identical to those films in my list that have not yet been released or received at least 5 votes yet. Here is a screenshot of the exported file in excel:
I removed some columns to clean it up. The list is of all the films with 0 votes in the csv, even though the four I've highlighted have their votes displayed correctly when I view my list on the site:

2. I think a film in my watchlist was removed from imdb, but it is still taking up a place in my list and hiding one number. I removed some films from my watchlist and the order of the films updated accordingly, but still one number is missing. I think originally it was the 3rd or 4th film on my list, but now it is the 1st, so my watchlist starts at 2. I can reorder my watchlist as normal, but when I try to make a film #1, the changes are not saved. Here is a screenshot:

Thank you for your time. I can provide more information or screenshots if necessary.

Hi Brett,

I apologize we were unable to reply to your inquiry sooner. May I ask if this issue persists?

Issue 1 still persists, yes.
Issue 2 is no longer there.
