Is there a policy about avoiding external links to unofficial or illegal streaming or download sites?

I noticed several links to a site called isputlockers.com, with varying descriptions such as:

4KISPUTLOCKERS.COM-IMDBLEGALLYMOVIEPARTNER
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5606664/...

1080p Abominable 2019 Movie isputlockers.com
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt00000063...

Are these links acceptable?

There was when they had the message boards. I would say they are not acceptable.

If there is a policy, it would be helpful to state it somewhere, such as in the submission guide for external links for titles:
