I like this idea a lot. My vote: Definitely Scorsese's MCU. I'd be interested to see the results.

The real full-form of MCU shouldn't be Mobster Cinematic Universe. It should be Martin Cinematic Universe, lmao. Scorsese is the best gangster-filmmaker. One could almost say he's the father of that kind of film. Believe me or not, when you think of gangster films, who's the first man comes to your mind, it's Scorsese (unless you're not into movies).

Reading this, you'd have already guessed who my vote goes to, if not, then it's Martin Cinematic Universe. Always.

I'd rather watch a bad movie about mobsters than a good stuporhero movie, but the Irishman was just boring. Way too long. Why didn't they just get younger actors to play the younger men like they did with the women? When Pesci called DeNiro Kid i thought it was going to be a comedy. It was the best I've seen from Pacino in a very long time.

I didn't expect this poll to be hotly contested as it is right now, I think it is a good news that voters have actually very different opinions on this subject, sometimes you make and the same choice gets all the votes.

Somehow missed this poll, but I had similar thoughts when watching The Irishman. It feels like another installment in a franchise that has established a growing familiarity. I don't know whether I like that. Marty said that guys like Bob and Joe were irreplacable for their roles because they have so much experience and every gesture fits perfectly. But we have seen them do this kind of thing so often, we kind of take it for granted at this point. Why not let some younger actors surprise us?

Still voted for Mobster Cinematic Universe, of course.
