Edgar Bergan and Family vs. Jeff Dunham and his "Puppet Family".
Candice Bergan's father Edgar was "The Ventriloquist" of his era. The
whole family sometimes were a part of the traveling act on the
Vaudeville Circuit. In their day the puppets Charlie and Mortimer were
as famous as Ahmed and Walter. Charlie and Mortimer have met heads of
state. Take "That" Walter! Many of you don't remember Edgar Bergan but
Jeff Dunham does. I'm pretty sure if Jeff took this poll he would vote
for the Bergan's!
