You already excluded adding choices beyond the current five. However, my favorite Vulcan other than Spock is Sarek (Mark Lenard). Mark Lenard had the distinction of playing a Vulcan, Romulan and a Klingon.

I have only seen the first two seasons of the original Star Trek, so I'm not familiar with the options, but I remembered Spock and T'Pring in the episode Amok Time: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0708416/mediaviewer/rm486803456
She was supposed to be her future wife.
She rejected him in favor of another. Kirk fought the guy for T'Pring. Bones gave Jim a hypo that faked his death so that the challenger for T'Pring won.....That's why I left her out!

I kind of remember it know, you have a better memory than Me.
I saw it at age 11 (1966), 21, 22, 23, 25, 27, 29, 34, a bunch of other 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond. I have seen every episode of Star Trek (TOS) at least 25 times. It is my favorite TV Program to fall asleep to. Visuals are not necessary!
