Facebook doesn't display IMDB ratings anymore. I've tried removing the app from Facebook logging out from IMDB then logging in with my Facebook account, but Facebook just won't display my IMDB ratings in "Activity Log". Everything used to work just fine, but I've been having problems since two weeks. The box for "Automatically share every new rating you make on IMDb with your friends on Facebook" is checked. Everything should work.
How can I fix this?

Is anybody from IMDb doing anything about it, or they just simply don't give a sh*t?

As a temporary solution guys if you head to 'Your Account' and then 'Update general site preferences' and tick the 'Show reference view (old title/name page layout)' box all ratings you do from this point onwards will carry through to facebook.
The problem here is that it obviously alters the view you get when looking at pages on imdb. Fine if you were never too attached to the new look anyway, but for those of you like me who have gotten used to it, I find this a little annoying. If you would prefer to keep the new view (i.e. not tick this box) you can instead simply add '/reference' to the end of the film's address in address bar to see this view and have your rating carry through to facebook.
So for example I've just watched 'All Good Things', After navigating to the page I add /reference on the address and hey presto, a new view, where my vote carries through to Facebook.

Frustrating I know but it at least gives us a temporary solution till imdb pull their finger out and sort. Mine was working fine but stopped a few months ago, very annoying.

this is a problem. please, don't mark it as 'not a problem' and fix it.

I am also having this problem. The promoted solution works for me, but it is very inconvenient. Rating through the android app works properly too.

Due to Facebook policy, IMDb will no longer automatically post Watchlist Adds, Ratings, and Check-ins to users Facebook accounts.
Users may continue to share and like movies and people on IMDb and those will be posted to their Facebook account as before"

Yes, this was 2 years ago. It did work at the time. Unfortunately I don't think there is any way of doing it now - as stated above it appears to be a 'facebook privacy settings issue' rather than an 'imdb issue'.
I've just gotten into the habit of sharing the film's imdb page to my facebook as I'm rating it and typing my rating in manually. Frustrating I know, but only an extra 30 seconds or so to do.
