I have tried multiple times to upload a screener. I have spent 4 days attempting now, using every different codec and resolution and file size imaginable (from a 1 GB version to a 200mb version) and following all of imdb's guidelines. For whatever reason the uploading seems to keep "resetting" or refreshing -- the progress bar always loads partially and then drops down to 0% and fails out. I've tried multiple browsers and I'm positive it's not my internet connection (it's extremely fast and I routinely upload similarly compressed or even much larger files to youtube and vimeo without every encountering any error issues at all).

Is there some reason this upload could not be working? Please advise as festival deadlines are rapidly approaching now.

I am having the same problem and need to get this uploaded to meet festival deadlines.  I have tried 3 different browsers and a variety of settings and codecs.

Likewise I've tried about ten times on three machines on two different connections. One of the connections is a rock solid super fast connection at a post production facility - and it's still not working! Nothing back from support on this either... INFURIATING!

A manager from Sundance posted this regarding the technical difficulties:

"Hi all-- my name is Adam Montgomery, and I'm the Senior Manager of Programming at Sundance.  I want to let all of you know that you can indeed send us a DVD or Blu-Ray to my attention at the address below, or you may send a link to your film (Vimeo, WeTransfer, etc) toadam_montgomery@sundance.org.  Please mention that you were experiencing upload issues, and it would be extremely helpful if you could include the following in the body of your e-mail:

Tracking# - FILM TITLE
http://www.vimeo.com/1234567
password:  <insert password here>

Please know that we are very sorry about any trouble you might've had with the uploading process. For obvious reasons, the traffic has been extremely high and it's causing some issues.  You will not be penalized in any way for these problems, and I assure you that your film will be treated just the same as those that were received prior to the deadline.  Thanks, and best of luck!
