What on earth is this, basically, this title is against every IMDb guidelines.
1- All festival linked are fake
2- Every image is fake
3- Every cast member is fake
4-EVERYTHING RELATED IS FAKE
5- This title violate 80% of IMDb's guidelines
The description of the title and the image makes me think that maybe it is a "hidden" created my IMDb for testing but I can't believe that this wasn't done in a more professional.
Personally, I hope that this title was made by some trolls and not my IMDb staff. Otherwise, this is a shame.

I can't figure out, nothing has triggered IMDb for example, there are 1 million reviews on parental guidance.

I will need a few days to calm down.
There are some things that cannot be tested in an invisible way. For example, can the site handle 1,000,000 votes on a piece of parental guidance?
Most testing can be done without being visible but working on a test system is not the same as working on the live system.
There are several test titles and names but I believe that none have any real credits. Some of the test names are staff but I believe that none of the staff with real credits appear in the test credits.
The test world should be a bubble on the site that is not connected to the real world. If you find something that links the test bubble to the real world please report it as I am sure that staff will want to eliminate such links. This has happened in the past and been fixed.

I noticed after I made that post that it was test movies, but seriously things could be done in a more serious way.
Subjectively, I'm thinking about all the efforts that I put onto multiples issue of the site:
example:
1- Regulate the number of sexist keywords.
2- Adding information to titles for my country.
3- Helping contributors as fast as I can on get satisfaction.
4- Calculating the poll rates by days until 24h eastern time.
5- Presently, I'm connected almost 20 hours a day on IMDb.
Then, I saw the image galleries of those test titles.
Honestly, it made me lost my temper.
