An actor contacted me who is in a film I produced saying that the trailer / only video clip on the page is not working. Please can we remove the trailer as it's clearly faulty.

Hi, Colin Arnold. I did not experience any playback problems when viewing vi3561860889, trailer for The Fallow Field. Amazon's video playback system requirements apply to IMDb, which are outlined at https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201422810, to which the IMDb Videos FAQ hyperlinks.
Thanks Jeorj. Apologies, I meant sound playback not picture playback. It sounds like it's on the actual video file as opposed to your playback system therefore can we please remove the video file and I'll upload a working one please?

I think the editors are expecting a new trailer from you, so they could have an opportunity to compare both and make the final decision. Usually, IMDb is not accepting video corrections here on Get Satisfaction.
