I just came across this name page: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm5187194/. It's not a new name page, but there aren't any credits on it. Shouldn't this page be deleted all together? If so, can a staffer do that please?

There are two possibilities: it's either was created for some title listing and got lost (it happens from time to time, especially with thanks credits for some reason) or credit/listing was deemed non-existent. Either way it will most likely be deleted.

Isn't it possible that the person only has uncredited roles? Nothing would show up until an actual credited role is posted. Of course, we can't know this and a staff member would have to look into it.
