I am not being able to add my name as credit to a movie I produced, have tried multiple times and keeps getting rejected despite it being on screen.

Excuse me but can you tell me why would that matter? I don't know if his name is on the 2020 English release or not, since he posted an English screenshot there's no reason to doubt it but let's say his name was not credited on the 2020 English release of the movie. Can you tell me why that would prevent his credit to be added to IMDB?
Movie was already released in China years ago and his name is clearly credited in the Chinese release. I can access the full movie of the Chinese release and can see that. So why lacking on-screen credit on the 2020 English release would matter at all?

I'm having a hard time understanding your obstinacy on this credit addition and ignoring the initial release and asking proof from only US release doesn't make any sense to me.
