I have just come out of the premiere of an excellent Hungarian film called Aurora Borealis: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5027162/reference

Rating this film is for now blocked. Could you please un-block it?

Ppomorski: The film does not have a release date listed until 13 October 2017, which is when it is scheduled to be opened for rating on IMDb.

Did you see the film at a screening where tickets were sold to the general public? If so, you can submit that as a release date, and when that release date is accepted, the film will be opened for rating. But if you saw the film at a screening not open to the public, you will have to wait until 13 October to submit a rating for the film.

Release dates tend to take about 24-48 hours to be accurately shown on the system.
