Thanks for your message.
The title is still showing as unreleased as there is no release date associated with it to let the system know otherwise.
To correct this, simply add a release date and once approved - the Production Status will change, along with opening the option to vote.

As this title is showing as in-development, this can only be updated via the IMDbPro page by a user with a Pro account.
