The Title Page for "Revenge, Inc" has not appeared on IMDb. The film was submitted via Withoutabox 6 weeks ago, and immediately the submission to the IMDb-Qualifying festival was accepted. The film has now also screened publicly (12/12/13). There is no Title Page yet, even though my account is linked from Withoutabox to IMDb, and I already entered dozens of cast/crew members via Withoutabox. I don't want to go through the hassle of adding all those people again and submitting directly on IMDb, especially considering part of the reason we chose to submit to an IMDb Qualifying festival was to get the IMDb Title Page created quickly. Please advise!

My account is linked, and I've read the information on the page you linked to. I've read it several times, and can't see anything that applies in this case. Could you please read my initial issue and respond with more than a generic link to information? What is the hold up in my particular case?

The following requirements are listed at the link you provided:

-Title Original
-Types and Forms (Film must be Theatrical to be eligible)
-Production Status and Screenings
-Running Time
-Date of Completion

All have been completed (nearly 2 months ago now) on WithoutABox. The movie has now already premiered (although that's not a requirement to get the Title Page), been sold, and been submitted to an IMDb-Qualifying Festival through WAB.

I would appreciate any useful information you can provide!

Could you please confirm is this is the title you are referring to or not: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0147219/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1 ?

If it is not your movie, then what I think happened was that because there was already a title page for a movie with the same name, it was seen as a duplicate and not created. If that is the case, we can help you further about specific cases by contacting our withoutabox help desk: http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/wabsupport

That is definitely NOT the same movie. That one was done in 1998 and has two people credited. Our film was done this year and has dozens of cast and crew. I'll submit something again on the helpdesk form, but what should I say? If someone took 5 seconds to compare the two they would have already seen that they are different movies, so I want to make sure I can say whatever is necessary for someone to look at it long enough to see it is a new movie, done this year, and completely different than the one you referenced.. Is there something in particular I should say that is different than what I've already said?

When the title pages are done automatically on WithoutABox, someone isn't manually checking your page with the page that has already been created, it is automated. If you talk to the help desk, they will be able to update you with what happened exactly to your previous request and what you can do to make sure it shows up on the site and will be checking things manually, just mention everything you have mentioned in this thread (or even copy the url in the correspondence).
