Filmography on Name page varies from Refinable version

For Robert Mitchum
the filmography on his Name page breaks down this way:

Notice 114 for Actor: Movie
and 8 for Self: Documentary

But when I access his Refinable filmography (BTW, really like the new Quick Links on the Name page):
and select Feature film, notice that 2 titles appear to shift from Self: Documentary to Actor: Movie.

I was able to find those 2 titles:
The Magic of Make-up (1942)
William Holden: The Golden Boy (1989)
which do NOT appear on the Self, Features list on the Refinable page:

but DO appear on the Self: Documentaries section of his Name page:

Why would the 2 versions of his Filmography select these 2 films differently? Shouldn't the parsing of his Filmography be consistent on these two pages?

The filtering for Robert Mitchum may be indicative of an underlying problem.

When you select Movies or TV, 122 feature films are indicated.

When you further select Feature Film, 122 feature films are shown as expected.,asc&mode=...

When you switch to Job Types, the total number of roles for Job Type is 128.
116 + 1 + 1 + 6 +3 + 1 = 128

Mitchum was Writer-Producer-Actor on Thunder Road (1958)
Producer-actor on The Wonderful Country ('59)
and The Night Fighters ('60)
Thanks-Self on Marilyn Monroe: Beyond the Legend ('87)
Actor-Miscellaneous on The Night of the Hunter ('55)
That accounts for the 6 seemingly additional listings. So the higher total is legit for the selection you cite.

I cannot imagine why the 2 films in my root post are Self on the Name page and Actor on the Filmosearch page, except that the 2 pages are programmed to look at the same data differently.

In the two films you mention he is not credited as "Himself". In the other six films his credit does start with "Himself". This might be the connection.

Hi bderoes -

Thanks for reporting the issue, upon investigating the problem was related to the two credits that you identified, as NickBianco noted these two credits did not include the correct "Himself" character which caused the problem.  These two credits have now been adjusted accordingly and the changes should be live on the site shortly.  Thanks again!

Hi, Michelle

Here's another actor (Danny Thomas) with the same situation:
The credit that is under Self: Documentary
The Arab Americans (Documentary)
has no character name for him.
So on the filmosearch page, it's listed as a Feature film Actor credit.

When you fixed the data for Robert Mitchum, I thought this wouldn't be so uncommon, and sure enough, here's another example only 2 weeks later, and I'm not really looking for this.

So my original point was that the software reacts differently to the same data. My suggestion is that filmosearch should do what the Name page filmography does to sort the roles.
