Filmography uploads broken? Why can't I submit my Pinksheets or W2s as proof?

I have submitted a dozen titles I have worked as an "extra." I've navigated under the filmography section and than the edit cast credits option. Where I then typed in all my projects and selected the appropriate feature that popped up. I have emails with links indicating that my submission has been approved with green check mark.

It's been over a week, Still these titles do not appear in my filmography section, nor does my profile/face appear under any of these features "cast" section.

What is going on? The service agreement mentions only 5 day period to have information verified unless your platinum? Do I need to wait longer, or can I submit W2s, pinksheets, etc?

Thank you!

Hello Robert,
Although your pink sheets & W2s May be of interest to some people, what the IMDb are really interested in i(AIUI) s the people who appeared in & are identifiable in the title as it was first released. So not anyone who worked on it but was cut out of the initial release, not in people who only appear in the distance or where only the back of their head is visible.

Thank you,

Only signed up to have my name attached to the projects I worked on as conversation pieces when out at social events.

I read through the agreements, and other areas of the site. Nowhere did it specify that this service is not "extra" friendly as well as the overall confusion and wording just to submit requests.

So, if you are confirming 100% that IMBD will not attach my profile to the projects I've worked dispite I having proof I worked on the projects. I would like a full refund for being misled what the website does and does not do.

Thank you!
