I don't see any evidence that it has ever been released. Even the IMDb page does not list a release date (which is odd since it's listed as straight to video). Have you ever seen mention of an actual release?

It looks like this title should not be listed as direct-to-video. It seems to have aired on television in syndication around late May or early June 1988.

That is when it was released. Somebody in television should have a copy or know how to optain a copy. I want to use this documentary as an aid to talk to kids. They can see me back then and see me now. I want to help keep kids from going to prison like I did. This is very important to me.

Yes, it did end up on TV in1988, I saw it not only that but I was in it. This documentary profiled five different crimes. They filmed me in prison, when it was final and came out on TV the narrator was Lou Gossett Junior. It was produced by Arnold Schapiro productions, I called them today and they do not have it anymore. The distributing Company is no longer in business I thought anything on TV was archived somewhere. I am IMDb talks about it but They don't have any information on it. That seems a very odd to me. I do not know enough about computers to search this out anymore
