Fixing an incorrect year

The following film is showing an incorrect release year in the header:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0193747/

Bande de cons! (2018) should be Bande de cons! (1970) - the confusion was caused by a recent festival screening. I added 1970 in the Release Dates section, but this hasn't updated the main release year?

Next time you run across something like this. You can do it yourself, as I just did.
Would like to know how?

Thanks - I had no idea that the festival entry was invalid as a release date, plus I was confused by the text in the Release Date Guidelines which says "Please note that the year in the title is derived from the date of earliest release" - so I assumed the 2018 entry wouldn't have mattered anyway. I appreciate the correction though!

It is a Trivia item. You can submit it as one if you like.

Thanks, but this is not the correct thing to do. We do not remove valid data.

The correct thing was to wait for a staff member who will manually adjust the year-in-title back to 1970.  This change is going through now.

So, it was a glitch? Or could a title correction have been added?

1 September 2018 (B-Movie, Underground & Trash Film Festival) is a valid release date.

Frank, only the original production company "Releases" a title.
Nowhere in that URL is there a reference to a re-release.
It does say "SCREENING"

If I own a Movie theater and I get a Copy of The Godfather from the distribution company and have a showing, and I make a soundtrack in another language or use some form of captioning, have I released it. Of course not!
